Size/Colour Exchange & Returns

All returns/exchanges requests (including defects) can only be requested by the original purchasing account. Should you require a return/exchange, the return/exchange has to be requested within 14 days from the time you receive your item. Any exchange/return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. Our customer service will attend to you within 1-2 working days. Kindly email to toffyhousesingapore@gmail.com and state your order number during the request. Any return/exchange requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. The return address will be given to you after your exchange request has been approved.
 
To be eligible for returns/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still intact (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered). If the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return. Please retain your invoice for returns / exchange purposes. We will not be able to process any returns / exchanges without verification of the physical invoices. The return fees via Pickup or exchange fees via Courier will be borne by the customer.
Processing time for exchanges/returns takes up to 7 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received.
In the event the item is out of stock, store credits (valid for 3 months) will be issued.
 
Cash refunds are strictly not allowed. Kindly note that shipping charges are non-creditable. Toffyhouse Singapore will not be responsible for any lost mail sent back without a tracking number. 


Incorrect/Defective Items Returns

We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item. Should you require a return/exchange, the return/exchange has to be requested within 14 days from the time you receive your item. Any exchange/return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. Our customer service will attend to you within 1-2 working days. 

Kindly email to toffyhousesingapore@gmail.com and state your order number, together with a picture of the wrong/defective item during the request. Any return/exchange requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. The return address will be given to you after your exchange request has been approved. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still intact (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered). If there are stocks for the defective item, Toffyhouse Singapore will arrange for a one-to-one exchange. In the event the defective item is out of stock, a refund via store credits will be issued.
 
*In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects, and hence not eligible for exchanges. All returns and exchanges will only be performed via mailing or self-collection with an appointment made prior via email and approved by us. There are strictly no meet-ups for all exchanges.

Sale Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

International Returns

Shipping cost for international returns are to be borne by the customer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
